What sort of shoe insole should i get for my very flat feet and school?

I just started going to Culinary School, and we literaly stand for around 6 hours a day with no sitting. I have started having much pain in my feet and lower back, and i know that this comes with the job. But i have been looking all over for some information about what kind of insole i should have, and i cant find any info anywhere. If some one could help thanks so much. By the way, i have very very very flat feet. Thanks again =)

I use the Triad insoles from Profoot (Orthotic) available at walmart. My feet are so flat the I have to use 2 insoles in each shoe. It is only after using 2 insoles together that I have been getting some relief.
