Shoe Insoles Walk

Best type of shoes or insoles?
I work 8/10hrs a day walking on concrete floors and about after 4 hrs of walking my feet start to hurt. I was wondering if any one could tell me of a really good shoe or insert they have tried and even after working for 8 hrs your feet don’t hurt. I currently have Nike and Sof Sole inserts but its not enough to keep my feet from hurting after 6hrs.
Dansko clogs are very supportive, but have a high arch.
Its the only thing that keeps my feet/legs from throbbing. The clogs and some good support hose from CVS. (near the splints/knee braces, etc. )
