Difficulty breathing? I think I'll stop breathing at any time. Help please!?

well for 3-4 days, now I am short of breath. I am constantly trying to breathe. I can not get enough air when I take a deep breath or even when I take a deep breath normal .. I tried to take I know water expands the lungs, but no help. Can I make barley breathing. I know the night when breathing stops or something .. this is not normal. i if the weight of a large im £ 16 248. but im down. the development and im watching my diet. I've never been here before. can it be? Is this bad? please help thankss.
