Shoulder Strap Injury
By Charlie on Nov 2, 2009 in Hearing & Orthepedic

I tripped over & hurt myself on a uncut magazine strap outside a distributors – What shall I do about it?
My injuries are, grazed knee, achey left elbow, stiff left shoulder – hurts when I put my coat on, and tender left thigh.
I tripped on the plastic uncut strap, landed on my palms which stung like hell, and knees.
FYI. Business & services have a duty of Health & Safety. Magazine distibutors etc have an obligation NOT to litter the streets with their dangerous strapping. It is supposed to be OPEN, cut plastic not a whole uncut strap in the street.
Thank you Lord Darkclaw. My sentiments exactly. I am 40 not a kid and I do ache. And exactly that, What if it had been my mother or someone older. I wil persue through a Solicitor. Thanks.
Watch where you’re going, in future.
