How do you take a shower when you are having trouble standing?

So, I seem to have sprained my knee. I can’t stand for more than a minute without being in quite a bit of pain. I need a shower, but I’m not so sure how to go about this. I don’t have a waterproof chair, and I don’t know if a bath would be good, cause I’m worried about getting back up again. Any ideas?

You can take a wet rag and wash yourself, it will do until your capable to take a real shower.
