The owner has to put a safety bar in the shower?
There is no safety bar in the shower. Do you own the responsibility to put an there?
No, does not work. If you are disabled, you must enable a bar for yourself (or hire you have to pay damages) if you live in a complex of four units, and more. This is your money, not hers.
