What really put into Vietnam and large (size 18) RMG possibly buy?

I would appreciate any advice please, because it seems that many different opinions etc travel sites. Although no offense, I'm struggling to pack for my trip not including long shorts (knee) and T-shirts. buying clothes Vietnam would be ideal, but I'm a size 16 to 18 (the size of Australia) and I've heard it's difficult to buy clothes in large sizes loan.
