I need Size 12, 39″ inseam wmn’s/jrs jeans! Used to get 39 & 42″ inseams from Long Elegant Legs but no more!?

Not 38″, I see Cavenders, Sheplers, etc. have 38″, but they’re too short! I need 39″ for flats and 42″ for heels/boots! Got long legs! HELP! Have found some in Australia but between the price and customs it’s like $250/pair! BTW 12C women’s boots also. Casual boots not dressy.
