Does anyone have a suggestion for a good hand cream?

My two years is a type 1 diabetes, poor air and small hands its so "chew" the whole finger prick. I "turn" fingers, but her little hands are so small that they seem not a rupture. Also I have a lancet Softclix more Accu-check, use very low "set in it. Even a suggestion of another device could be useful, perhaps?
