Spenco Cross

Blister protection help?
I am a cross country runner and am experiencing terrible blisters right now. Someone recommended Spenco’s 2nd Skin, does is work well to soothe the pain? Do you have any other recommendations?
The best thing for it is duct tape. I know it sounds odd but it will stay on and provide more protection than any liquid skin or bandage.
I am an avid back packer and runner… I get lots of blisters. I always use some duct tape and it works really well.
