How I can cure leg cramps?
I had cramps in the leg for 3 months and not going away. this is the first time I had a and I'm more than a year. I'm icing, stretching, strengthening and relaxation. Cross country and I really want to get the best of me. I overpronate and am currently the port ASICs and Spenco insoles have on them. Also I have a heel lift in my left shoe, due to previous injury.
