Can a horse wear splint boots are great?

I had a splint boots my father, having a size too big. They are great and my TB need a medium. They fit well, but the straps are a bit long. That is my only pair of boots Spint I have and I would use, but if you will i hurt my horse waiting for a new pair. It is neoprene. I just want to know if I can start using them or maybe sell:) They fit tight belts only period at the end of the longer velcro strap. Adapt to their belts only have the rest of the band that fit in a large horse

Personally, I would choose not to use them as if they fit your horse correctly then you will have the opportunity to hurt something. And that does not fit very well if the strips are too long. But I do not want to chance my horse is injured.
