Splint Plantar Fasciitis

homemade night splints?
I have plantar fasciitis and I want to get night splints. It was recommended to me by my friend’s dad who had it. They’re around 30-40 dollars and I have plantar fasciitis on both feet. That’s like 60-80 dollars if I want to wear one on each foot every night. I looked at pictures and structurally, it looks fairly simple. Is there a way you can make some sort of “night splints” with home materials? I’ve never heard of anything like that being done, if I can’t then I’ll go buy em but I just wanna know before I spend money. Thanks.
If you know how to build things using materials in the home, and you have a plan or can work one out, there’s no reason you couldn’t build them yourself. If you’re not that handy, $80 is not alot of money to spend for the results you’ll get.
