Flat feet, and armed service?

I'm thinking about joining the Navy, but I have flat feet. I read a shared response if the foot map is a disqualification or not. I've also read that if you made orthotics will be disqualified. The fact I have flat feet would be disqualified from the Navy or other armed services? I have custom templates are about 8 months, but not because I needed them. I have them because I wanted a better arch support all who participated in sports at school. I have not had these shoes sold in stores because I do not think they provide some support. Does this disqualify me from enlisting?
