Spur Foot

i think i have a foot spur from kendo so i have a bump on the top of my foot, how can i treat it at home?
It’s not a foot spur. The only type of spurs that will occur on a foot is called a heel spur. The bump on the top of your foot could be just naturally occurring.
Now if your experiencing foot pain, that would be a different matter. This could be an indication of a fracture of a stress fracture, the latter could develop into a more serious injury if not careful.
If there is no pain, I wouldn’t worry about it too much.
