Why does the doctor and the hospital is against natural childbirth?

I have what seems curious that most physicians and hospitals * * are not favorable to women who want a natural birth … as drugs and free speech (no epidural, no IVs, not being tied). It seems that all I spoke to the medical profession to look up when I talk about wanting to do natural childbirth and free medicine. Why?

Physicians are taught to help people and prevent unnecessary pain. With anesthetics safer than are available, the pain of childbirth is not something that is bound to mother to be treated, and may seem a little strange that someone chooses or frustrating hours of pain that could have been easily avoided.
