Does anyone know of a diabetes test meters w / low cost of tape and can be tested anywhere in the body?

My mother was recently diagnosed with diabetes, but do not have much money and who are not able to get Medicare Part D. I think the Medicare system frustrating and confusing, and I know how to get meter and test strips with little or no chance until I can a good mother "Medicare Part D. Do I have your hand on the motherboard of insurance for the pharmacist and take it from there? Help!

"Low cost" and "proof of any party" are almost mutually exclusive. In other words, low cost, no meter testing anywhere and at any place and to test the meters are expensive. The secret is in the test strips. It was recently that would strip "The test at any place." And the latest technology is almost always expensive. Also, keep the journal The Lancet (finger sticker thingy) replacing often high (Lancing edges are less painful) – Use a lancet to make more than two days. Lancets are pious – to $ 10 per hundred if you buy at the discount store like Sams Club or Costco. And buy a spike that is adjustable. Reli-on I use a brand from Sam's Club. Then set the camera to a stick to get less blood. And finally, just Mom need to grow. This is something that needs to be done. Live with it! the lack of pain is much smaller than a lot of pain caused by uncontrolled diabetes – blindness, damage nervous, amputations, kidney failure and dialysis. A small finger prick can help prevent all of these.
