Superfeet Original

How do i use Superfeet?
Apparently i have very flat feet and the athletic trainer at my school told me to buy superfeet. So i did and the directions told me to remove the insoles in my shoes before putting the superfeet pads in. Do i just put superfeet ontop of the original insoles if they are glued in and not removable?
