We want to install a hose bib on a mobile home with PEX tubing.?

We have a fairly new mobile home, there is no hose bib, I’d like to install one. I’ve looked underneath the mobile home and i can find no water supply, so, I am thinking of tapping into the PEX tubing under the sink. Is that possible

yes , pex is easy to work with. you’ll need to have the crimping tool to install it properly. under the sink sounds like a good , easy place to tap in.
