Support Bandage Wrap

Does anyone have suggestions on how to treat leg cramps?
I am currently suffering from severe shin splints. Believe Me I say I tried everything. I tried to RICE therapy generally saw the doctor, I go to physical therapy, I wrap with a bandage and support, as my orthopedic shoes and cleats (soccer), ice sat in the hot spa, I left the practice to rest, and also try acupuncture tomorrow. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have to solve this. Thanks
