"I can wrap my wrist, as you can with an anchor?

I am no playoffs, but the next day and hurt my wrist somehow. Not bad enough to not play, but it hurts for a long time and did not become better in a couple of weeks. I think it's because I have weak wrists when they catch the ball very hard to do something, but I'm not 100% sure. My question is if the weather conditions, it is possible or practical to wrap my wrist tape as I do with a anchor. I really do not want to hurt worse than it already, but not just playing basketball is out of question. I can play with a professional film, tape, and other bases, but no bandages or splints or supports of the wrist. Thanks
