What injuries can result from sleeping in a bed with poor support?

About a year and a half, I stay in one place for about a month. At first all was well. But as the months progressed, my back pain worse and worse. I find it very painful, even put my socks. Finally, shocks major pain is gone, but it still hurts when he bent down to pick something up. It hurts, even after struggling for some time to sit down. I do not want bad, I mean, it hurts.
