I have an infection in the skin of my inner thigh and a sense of insecurity about it and do not know how to cure it.?

since I'm in the elemenatry school these buttons have started to develop around my thigh area on the inside I thought it would go away with time, but through years it got worse and I deveolped a huge black shadow on my inner thigh with a black head and I'm really embaress buttons when I wear shorts or go to the beach I have to open my legs because I have such black shadow and black head. I dont really know how to cure it. Always look on the internet for treatment, but never answer. Let me know if there is any-one out there that had the same or has what I have and how to fix it and if the shadow or black will disappear. I will not feel insecure in this regard. please help me find the correct answer. thank u for your support.
