Will you try to add more details or to charge fees that have landed in jail? What if I come up with new evidence to support allegations that were abandoned during the .. pretrial etc?

Can be charged for things that were not originally charged. They can not go after the original charges, even with new evidence, which was agreed by both parties, if I remember correctly. Reminds me of that Texas woman who drowned her children. So that was originally charged with three murders, in case you fell into madness or something. The idea was if there were not guilty, could give evidence for the other child he had killed. So yes, as you have never been accused of this crime, you can go back and pick it up.
