What are the best types of shoes to wear if you have heel spurs?
I have heel spurs in both feet. All that I I put my feet hurt every day. Sometimes I had to change shoes three times a day to get a little comfort. The heel pain is worse in the morning. A Often, after driving 26 miles to work, when you leave the car, I'm lazy like the pain in my feet so bad. Can anyone recommend or suggest a specific type or shoe brand I can use my drive support. Thank you.
Have you talked to your doctor for steroid injections? If this is not an option, try Crocs use. They are the most beautiful shoes, but they are more comfortable than I thought. I feel your pain. I thought he had injected the mine, the other day and had many improvement.
