Do Mens rights activists or anti-Feminists care about womens rights?

As well as mens rights? Feminism has been under much scrutiny and often seen in a negative light because it is focused mainly on womens rights, sometimes to the detriment of mens.
Feminists are expected nowadays to become more fair, so my question is- do mens rights activists/anti-feminists care at all about womens rights? Do they support equality between the sexes?

I personally care alot more about men’s right. Unlike feminist, MRA never claim that they’re about “both men and women rights”. MRA focus mainly on men’s rights, men’s issue and fighting for the rights that men’s have lost.
