Swiss cash? The unit of currency in Switzerland is still the Swiss Franc (at one time not to be confused with the French Franc), it is listed as CHF on the money exchanges and is still the only unit of currency for Switzerland although in some places they will accept Euros (mainly in the tourist shops). They are not about to change it for anything else, so if you are offered Swiss Cash at silly money then it is most likely a scam. A better structured question would get you a better and more informed answer.
Switzerland although in the mainland of Europe, is still independent and chooses to remain that way.
EDIT – checking out the search engines it is possible to find out thorigins of Swiss Cash, it is a scam. It promises a 10% return on your investment but as has been proved elsewhere in current events these sort of schemes are funded by the other investors money and not by good money investment providing the returns as “promised”.
