How I can remove my PC Trojan.Spy.BZub.NIB?

My PC seems to be infected with a Trojan and each time I get a message my antivirus (Bitdefender) says it has blocked a virus on my computer but not eliminated. I've tried almost everything and remover Trojans search there and nothing else, including themselves, eliminate it. Even when I do a virus scan the entire system is not found. Ideas? I am not very knowledgeable about computers to be simple if you can:) did a full scan with bitdefender and this time she chose seven photos have been removed.
