sports athletes … experiencing knee problems and basketball?

Well, I think I have something with my knee. and I think part of the body is wrong is called the patella tendon. Wen and bend your knees …. My right knee is lock and I can not get up and leave me stuck.OR folded down is the pain in my knee to fight, or badly wounded, and I do not know what to do. and my friends said it could be a disease in the knee, when all my weight goes to his knees instead of my hips. and then my knee is too weak to bear the brunt. otherwise I could have some growing pains (increasingly larger), but my doctor I said no more rlly great because my parents are short, and later gained a little weight because I want to come over and I am a girl teenaage so I'm obviously maturing, and gaining weight. and if u know what is the knee problem that if I please tell me! I am not quiting basketball … (Star da beach …. I'm serious …) So please tell me the door a few more suggestions pads.shuld knee took a bracelet on your knee?

I'm a girl too player basketball and I have exactly the same problem. My knees are horrible and all I can do for them when they arrive as it is to work with pain. Use Icy Hot on it for night. This is mainly because the basketball, which is very hard on the knees, and growing. All I have to say is that going to improve, just maybe use a splint sleeve for knee and waited there. Good luck.
