pain in his left elbow, forearm, pain in the middle finger?

I've been in and out of tennis elbow again in the left arm. The latter battle has lasted for over two years. I electrocardiogram, stress testing, radiography, etc. Diagnosis, tennis elbow. Now send the elbow pain in the forearm, especially in the interior thereof. And it shines on the middle finger. It really hurts. The doctor said that arthritis, etc. Any thoughts on what would be appreciated. I get some rest at the elbow, which has been prescribed. And I've been using Biofreeze, arthrigone or Bengay. Thanks for any suggestions.

I had tennis elbow and golfer's elbow in both arms for 18 months. Nothing worked, physiotherapy, steroids shots of pain management program, there is probably something I will live with permanently. I'm on painkillers to help me to work every day. It may be something that u just have to live and let time heals a day. Just keep a positive attitude even when the pace activities and do more of it is due. Good luck. My pain radiates in the same areas as yours, but in both arms. Take it easy and be aware Alway its boundaries.
