Can anyone explain the difference in the way tennis elbow and elbow hyperextension feel?

Elbow hurts me for some time. I which is a hyperextension of the elbow, because the pain is in the same place I did once before. But I also had a wrist tendinitis same arm that keeps the tracing. I have curious to know if the two injured were easy to differentiate.

Tennis elbow is felt in the elbow, and wrist, most often on the side. A hyperextended elbow causes pain in the back of the elbow and may spread into the forearm. Tennis elbow is more of a dull pain, while a sharp pain will feeling of a hyperextended elbow, which can cause damage to the bone in the region.
