As proof of solution for a glucose meter band?

Is it possible to make a glucose solution of sugar and water meter glucose can read? I am aware that there are solutions that can be bought, but I prefer to do if possible. Could you tell me one versus the concentration of sugar water that produce a normal blood sugar? all I want is a future value on the meter. is not perfect.
