I have a pain in my right lower side that rests just above my hip bone?

I am a 13 year old girl. I am very active but lately i have been eating a lot of sugar. I am not on my period, and I haven’t had a period since late May. What could possibly be my problem ?

You can have tight muscles in your back, something that is easy to happen especially to an active person, and if that muscle puts pressure on the nerves of your ovaries where they leave the spine, that could be messing up your periods. Pinched muscles in your back can also be pressing on the nerves going to your hip to cause the pain there. You have to release the muscles in your back to get rid of the tight muscles there. Here’s how to do that:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder and find the muscles next to your spine and firmly press on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
