Therapeutic Support

The music is legal to download?
I'm trying to write a persuasive essay and I'm having trouble thinking why. The only that have come with 1.) artists make music to the public, not money. 2.) How the music can be therapeutic. (A possible.) 3.) Consideration of a court case possible, so that all ideas are also, all the artists who support downloading music? Like the great artists?
Here's a suggestion: Many people who download music are "samplers", which means only download songs from an artist, and if they like what they hear, they will to go out and buy the real album. That helps all CD sales. I also know that downloading music helps new bands at the opening of new listeners. Therefore, increased ticket sales for concerts and benefit, because their music is more popular. If you go to this link and click on the right of the Table of Contents page, you will good articles on the topic (a couple are against your argument, if) = http://www.enotes.com/internet-piracy-article / And I know Tom DeLonge, frontman Blink-182 is to download music I hope this helped:]
