Random swelling and a feeling of pressure on the knee?

I had problems with my right knee for about 3 years (when 14). There were two rounds of physical therapy, CT scans, MRI and X-rays and the doctor told me nothing was wrong. If I go a long period or when the weather changes, it becomes painful when I put my splint. But recently my knee has been swelling by chance and it feels like there is no pressure on him. For example, The other day I lay in my bed when my knee began to feel very hot (note, I had done any strenuous activity that day or the day before). I pulled my jeans and saw that my knee was swollen. This happens once or twice a month. My other most common symptom is pressure. Or it could be down or sitting when I have the feeling that someone was pressing hard on my knee. He decides for himself a little later, but it's really annoying. I have curiosity, Has anyone else had these symptoms or know what could be? Thanks!

Well, I prolly go see a doctor if pain does not reduce, but same feelings and sometimes catrlidege not broken because I see an orthopedic surgeon regurly and I had an MRI and was not what I do not think it's something important. You can see, but I've had four knee surgeries and havent really help mine was a dislocation of the patella and pysical therapy dosnet not work, believe me, I'm going before I had surgery and no luck.
