How I can refresh my room?
According to my thermometer in my bedroom clock reached 30.1 degrees C at 1am last night. To put this in perspective, rarely outside temperature during the day. Temperature did not sleep! People have suggestions for cool bottom or help me sleep? Switches windows, doors, etc. are not even put a joint degree. I have a very light sleeper so I prefer it was not too noisy either.
Hi Johnny, I've been through this problem for several months now and have not found a miracle solution to rapidly reduce the temperature of a room without air conditioning use. However, with a foreword little planning, I was able to keep it at comfortable levels. Most important is heat stop construction of the first house. 1. Keep all curtains and blinds closed all day. If you are away at work during the day so it is not a problem. If you have windows without curtains or blinds to whether online, then aluminum foil (depending on previous response) or simply tape sheets of white paper (reflecting light) and this again with black garbage bags to stop the light entering the window in this band with the white side of stress. You can buy window film that reflects heat, but if you do not mind the lack of light, just use leaf garbage bag solutions. Sun = heat 2. If more than the hot interior (though not very easy) keep all windows closed. If windows are open, will be received by warmer air. This considers illogical, because when there is a refreshing breeze, but it is only because it is helping your sweat evaporates. If you leave the air with the hot air temperature in the home increases. 3. Try to minimize the heat produced at home. If you has a boiler to provide hot water all day, turn it off during the day. Do not cook during the day at home (barbecues are great). No iron, while day. Turn off your computer when not needed. Turn off the TV when not watching. Use low energy bulbs – they generate much less heat much 4 .. Once the air out the house is colder inside, you can open the windows and doors of the room to cool the house with outside air. If there is a breeze, then the flow of air with the wind the house and quickly cooled. If there is no breeze, so when you need to use fans. You need to place fans near the windows on the cooler side of the home to obtain air (the fan is in front of the window) and you have to put fans in the hottest part of the house emphasizing that push air Hot out of the window. Thus, airflow is created on the cold side toward the hot side, which provides cooling. 5. If you have a cool basement, and then use an air circulation pump is important for boosting the air down the stairs. 6. When humidity is below 40% (still can not), can use water evaporation to provide additional cooling. Place a pair of 3 / 4 liter bottles filled with water in the freezer the day. At night, these bottles frozen in a tub / bucket of water in front of a fan. As the ice melts and water evaporates, which aims to heat, which reduces the temperature of the front entrance of Fan air. Remember that any fan pointing directly at you, you feel cooler, not cool one piece – is just to help evaporation sweating in a closed room and only serve to increase the temperature of the room below. Finally, if you're in this for a long time there are solutions to warmer countries, which can be used. planting trees) on the hot side of the house. Over time, provide shade and keep the sun hits the house b) Paint the white house to reflect the sun's heat. C) The use of heat-reflecting tiles. Hope this helps, Simon
