The refrigerator is not cold enough?

I have a GE Profile Arctica refrigerator that is about six years. Recently I noticed that the elements of the refrigerator are not as cold as they were in the past. The freezer is fine and keeps frozen items cold enough, but the fridge was a bit of a problem. The unit has a digital controller for both the refrigerator and freezer, including the number "7" is the coldest in the freezer, and "9" is the position of the refrigerator cold. I put the fridge "9", but have not noticed a significant drop in temperature as a result. I also bought a thermometer again, and put in the fridge today. Is a reading of 55 degrees. Any ideas on how to tackle this problem, and what the proper temperature for the refrigerator and the freezer? Thanks!

A dirty condenser will also affect the freezer and I do not wrap dirtier the problem. If the freezer and fridge hot work, you have a problem with the air flow. Air-cooled freezer refrigerator. It is likely the freezing cold and prevents air from entering the refrigerator.
