Shin splints on the track and field season?
This is my first year of school to be monitored. I started 16 years to follow on March 1. I periostitis March 4 and has been for nearly two weeks. I went to high school sports coach, and she gave me exercises, stretches, ice, massage ice, etc, but I was wondering how long the leg cramps have to go? and if I hit my shins or something else. My feet are flat, but is inserted for offset this problem. I, too, were new, good shoes, expensive running for the start of the season. I want to run, but I can barley walk and will not increase the pain. All cards, experience, advice, treatments? Please help!
The only way to ensure that it will stop running … I know it's hard but it is the only way, or you can run through pain.
