One Touch Ultra Mini out of the laboratory results?

I just had my glucose test in one hour for gestational diabetes. I brought with me a courtyard of the house (who had GD with the previous pregnancy, so it was random control myself.) About 5 minutes after the technician called me blood I checked with my Mini One Touch Ultra. My accountant gave me a score of 185 and lab test came back as 133. Has anyone had a big difference between the meter and the house the laboratory? That seems a big difference.
