Clomid and Glucophage?

I have 25 and have been TTC for 2 1 / 2 years after misscarriage to 11 weeks. 50 mg of clomid I started two months ago. I ovulated on day 14, but the blood test known as insulin and glucose levels are low low had high progesterone. Now round 2 and take 100 mg and 500 mg of clomid glucophage after being diagnosed with insulin resistance. I was checking cycle of ovulation from 12 as shown, and still not ovulate 18 days.
