Ski slopes used many Nordic when I was in the army. Two years ago I hurt my lower back at work as a policeman, I can walk short distances, but can not bear weight on legs etc, or standing for long time. I want to live a full life, and want to try some skiing ING form again, and I wonder if someone in a similar cirumstance has found a way to do with a damaged spine?
