What foods to eat while weight lifting the muscle / construction?

I need help, I can not find all sites who can help me find out what you should not eat weightlifting, while building muscle /. This is for my school project survey im explaining weight.

Avoid sugar as much as possible. Unfortunately, it gets a lot of food during production, such as bread, for example, and baked beans. Therefore, eat lots of fresh foods, meats and fruits, fish and vegetables. Give processed foods a failure if you can, and always read the labels to see What's in the food before buying. Sugar causes muscular weakness.
