OpthalmoOtoScope with throat illuminator?

Hi I need an ophthalmoscope and otoscope with throat illuminator for pediatric use or may suggest what is the best company of other Welch Allyn since everyone seems to swear in the name thanks

In general, I like Welch Allyn, but finding an illuminator throat may be difficult. I have another brand that comes with throat illuminator, has improved otoscope and ideal for pediatric use – Riester (ie, German).
