Wetting Enuresis

Wetting Enuresis
Nocturnal enuresis (bedwetting at night) to 15 years?

Hello. I am a 15 year old and suffer from nocturnal enuresis (bed-wetting evening). I've been waiting and waiting I was told this problem would disappear as I got older, yet I am still suffering from this problem. Affects my social life very much and want to end this problem. What is the most effective to address this issue? Consider using a bedwetting alarm, which is the effectiveness of alarms bed-wetting as a treatment? I'm always told by people in my family that I can control what you drink before bedtime, I agree at some point, but I do not want be the thirst for hours just to avoid a problem that has not been fully resolved. I want to be able to drink like a normal person and waking up in a dry bed. What is the treatment more effective (s) to this problem?

I can understand you here. Bedwetting is dragging! Here's my opinion. I dare say you has tried something like that, but I'll try to be as complete as possible. First, make sure your bed is a kind of protection in this regard. protection sheet today are much better than before because the smell is not very curly, vinyl sheet. Some are padded, and some are invisible. This will help keep the bed dry. Use the type of adult diapers or diapers for older children who wet the bed to hold urine at night. This is a suggestion, but it's better than having to change leaves in the middle of the night. You can use an enuresis alarm at night. The purpose of these is to wake up when you start to get wet. At first, you can wet and then awake. Be frustrating, but remember that your goal is at waking you go. Over time, your mind can be trained to wake up right then, and finally your mind can learn to wake up before the rain settings. Similarly, ordinary can wake every two hours to wake up. The goal is to wake up to go to the bathroom before bed-wetting. Ultimately, the goal is learning to wake up without when you wake up to urinate. There are some medications such as DDAVP, which can help to the bar, but all drugs have risks. It's something to talk to your doctor. Talking to your doctor, you must set an appointment to view. Not as an office visit for a review, but "strategy of building" session. The result should be the selection of certain medical specialists to visit (it is say, urologist, neurologist, psychologist, etc.). In medicine, when something is elusive and difficult, we have experts who can help. Research carried out (medical analysis) to try to find the cause (the enuresis is a symptom, not a disease, and also one of the causes. Find and correct cause, correct the symptoms.) As for fluid intake, you should try to restrict fluids. This, of course (at least less out), but you reason to avoid a constant thirst. Thirst is your body saying it needs cash, but instead of drinking a glass every time, just remember to drink a glass or half a cup. If the thirst again in ten minutes, another half cup. It is true that this is difficult, but it will help to limit water (and therefore the water outlet). In regard to life social, is difficult, but you can handle. I can attest to the ability to sleep in a room with three others that none of them know, or friends, or travel to other continents. Can do, but discretion and tactics are a necessity. Be cautious and careful, you can develop the skills to live a normal life with his enuresis. Under no circumstances should we allow this obstacle or slowing down your life. Seriously, this is not something that can be managed and that it would be better to try to enjoy life now instead of losing distance for fear of being discovered. That said, you should know that at your age, two to five percent of children still have enuresis. This means that if your high school like a thousand students, and between twenty and fifty still wetting the bed. You are not alone! Support groups can be viewed online. These are places where you can connect with people who have enuresis, learning to drive, or treatment options. Finally, half of one percent of all children who reach the age of children with enuresis adults and bedwetting. After eighteen years, most people still have enuresis enuresis at age adults. The cure rate is very low thereafter. Do not try to drag down, but you should be sure to exhaust all options for diagnosis and treatment now. In addition, you should try think about how to move around if they do not share this problem. It can be done, I promise, but we must overcome and develop a way to manage. Cheers and good health!
