Wheel Mobility Scooter

scooter problem?
I have a small bike I use at work, a prism of three wheels. Anyway, recently realized that a feel the shaft is bent or is there some kind of lump in the right rear wheel, do not know. I do "Take in all the difficult terrain or irregular, so I do not see how the shaft may become distorted, and I've never heard of a scooter tires (8inch) get a lump. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
