frozen food ideas for an old man?

My old friend (80) lives alone and has mobility problems. Meals on Wheels hates and lives primarily in the march. I prepare meals and freeze them so you can microwave later. I know I can have my lasagna and beef stew, because both freeze and reheat well. I need more ideas, and all recommendations for the containers that go from freezer to microwave. No restrictions in the diet, but nutrition is important since being diagnosed break with the anemia of malnutrition and the need for a blood transfusion this week because of it.
