Wheelchair Ramp Mobility

My husband is disabled, I'm looking for a store here in Manila, which sells mobility aids?
I try to find a shop here in the Philippines that sells products for mobility aid for my husband (he is in a wheelchair). (Ramp, for example, toilet seat cover for that are not maintained low for him and some other bathroom accessories for wheelchair bound persons.)
