Where I can get a wheelchair accessible van?

I am a widow of 53 years due to spinal cord surgery I can not work hard to move and must rely on others when I leave, I can not use my electric wheelchair, that does not conform to the cars of friends and I am therefore very limited, but thanks to them, can not afford a new van and OES can not work Does anyone have a truck that is not necessary that works and is accessible by wheelchair? Thanks
