Comfortable work shoes?

I have to start wearing steel-toed shoes or boots, in October. Does anyone know of any shoes very / boots that will not make my feet hurt. I work on concrete for 8 hours / day. And Dr. Scholl Templates, and they do not help us much. I am a man, so no women's shoes. Yes, should be steel-toed.

A couple of real good brands are Red Wing and Caterpillar, which are not expensive cost around Red Wing $ 100 maybe a little less and Caterpiller about $ 60 – $ 70, but worth the pain because they are very comfortable. Red Wing has its own outlets and can be obtained grasshopper JC Penny.
