Concerned about how blood pressure was taken.?

I have long arms and large regular adult cuff in general does not suit me. I went to my gynecologist last week / and put it on my forearm (between wrist and elbow, with the stethoscope at the elbow). My bp was high enough (ie Not the first time they've done with the same results). But my wrist I use this in my home to normal. When I went to my first said there was no indication of hypertension. Should I worry about my bp or was simply a misuse of the collar? By the way my OB made me spend my birth control because of reading.

The Blood pressure can change a little stress, or even move. Were you sitting in silence for about 10 minutes before its boiling point or take first gear? Do you feel comfortable in a medical practice? I would not be affected, especially if you have other worrisome symptoms (protein in the urine, abnormal swelling), but next time you could ask to use the larger cuff because there is disagreement, or asked to take their boiling point after sitting quietly for 10 minutes.
